2 bed award winning self-catering holiday cottage in Kinloch Rannoch

Our self-catering cottage, Kinran, as we like to call it, has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4, it's nestled in the heart of the peaceful village of Kinloch Rannoch in the Scottish Highlands, Perthshire.
Built in 1899, but completely refurbished in 2018, our cottage is the perfect base from which to explore Perthshire and the Cairngorms.

Whatever your interests, the area around Kinloch Rannoch offers something for everyone to enjoy. In addition to stunning scenery and Loch Rannoch, there are challenging (and some not so challenging) walks and cycle rides, Munros to climb, fishing on one of the many lochs or rivers, and an abundance of wildlife.  Take a picnic up into the surrounding hills, immerse yourself in the beauty of the area, and listen to the silence. With numerous companies in the vicinity offering a wide choice of outdoor adventure activities, there's the opportunity to try something new such as kayaking, tubing, rock climbing, gorge exploring, ski touring or 4x4 nature safaris.

At the end of a busy day, snuggle up with a wee dram in the comfort of our luxury cottage.

Cottage includes:

  • A fully fitted modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
  • 2 bathrooms: main bathroom on ground floor with heated flooring, bath and shower, en-suite shower room upstairs.
  • Living room with table to seat 4, 2 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, Flat screen smart TV with SKY and Netflix and DVD player.
  • Master bedroom: King size bed, drawers, armchair and ensuite shower room.
  • Twin Bedroom: 2 single bed, armchair and wardrobe.
  • Garden to front of property with grass, wood decking and seating. 
  • Shared courtyard at rear with private parking. 
  • Fast Wi-fi throughout.
