Rental rates are for the entire property.

Terms & Conditions:
- 3 night minimum stay (nightly rate £159).
- 75 pound cleaning fee for each stay
- £200 deposit required to book.
- Balance due 30 days before occupancy or upon booking if less than 30 days.
- Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before stay thereafter 50% cancellation fee up to date of occupancy unless we are able to rent out the cottage to another party.
- Please note maximum occupancy is for 4 people and we do not accept dogs.
- No Smoking
- Please keep all furniture, fittings and effects in the same good condition as they were found and report any damage/breakages.
- We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to property, or for personal injury, or damage to cars parked.
